Here comes two that I fortunately aborted on an early stage in favour for the one I finally posted.

1. Tried to rebuild the whole sphere.. boring job...

Aww, I was hoping to see an entry with that done. It looks like you were doing very well, why didn't you finish it? I would have voted for it. I guess the one you went with is good and an "original" idea.

Well... It wasn't that fun, really. The amount of creativity was quite limited, it was more of a technical challenge. Though I probably could have pulled it off and win anyway.
