As has been noted elsewhere in this thread: No.
No, you will NOT be able to chop like Claf. Ever. None of us will. Some, like Rey², will get close - but the Realm Of Clafdom will most likely be a lonely kingdom for many years to come. So do not WORSHIP Claf, instead take pity on his most LONELY position in life.
(and... he's FRENCH CANADIAN  If you chopped like Claf you'd have to turn FRENCH CANADIAN. I'm not sure you'd like turning FRENCH CANADIAN would you? Even reyREY is somewhat FRENCH, but he's NOT CANADIAN. This is why he'll never fully enter the Kingdom of Claf. And, perhaps, he's luckier for that fact. I mean, really. Who wants to be FRENCH CANADIAN? )

I think you are mixed a little. French and French Canadian isn't the same thing.

Obvious? No.
There are rare exceptions where a French Canadian can sometimes behave like a French.
