Shouldn't we consider this?
Dropping the number of votes that people can give considering that lately the number of votes is more than the number of entries.?

Perhaps the number of votes should be dependant on the amount of entries and change acordingly. Maybe a set percentage of the entries posted.

I do think the idea has merit though, kudos to sonic for coming up with it.

Yes, I've mentioned going to percentages before, and still think it would be a good step. Today there are too many votes, resulting in votewhoring....

So if I vote on day one I get X amount of votes
but
If Ivote on day three and more images are in the contest I get more votes
or would I get extra votes as the contest entries expand?
BTW
This happens all the time here lulls and lows its a cyber thing Im sure. We boom we drop its just a cycle I dont see the need to change just because its a cycle

we had 30/50 or unlimited votes to start with then JMH reduced it to 15, so we created aliases so we still had 30 votes, i think thats where my side kick GIFted came from
