we all know that when we zoom in a photo made of pixels, it become less clear.
well in police or investigation films, sometimes i see programs that they use to zoom in a criminal picture then there is a filter to make it clear even with the zoom !!!(you got what i mean...)
is there a real program which can do something like this ?

Actually, there is software. It's called "Photo 5XZ". What it does is it takes a grainy or pixelated photo and renders it at higher resolutions. The problem is that it requires a juxto-polyester fiber processor to compute pixel imaging equations and this can get very expensive. Only the government has the resources for this technology right now.
