Losing Splodge yesterday has been a terrible loss for everyone. As a way of atoning for our loss this is my way of saying good bye to someone I really wished I had taken the time to catch a flight over sit down and have a beer with.
Cheers Splodge, Good Journey.

Tarmac,
Thank you. There are images in there that I remember so well, but are not ones I saved. I won't even begin to list them, but know that I did ruin some very cheap mascara while watching this.
That took some time and effort to put together, much appreciated.

Thank you Nancers and everyone. Just one sleepless night of compiling and editing and it was done, and made me feel so much better in the morning. I only wished I had more good music of the right tempo to use.

I just received an email from the fine folks at Youtube informing me that they have received a "privacy complaint" regarding Splodge's Memorial Video.

I'm guessing someone doesn't want to be seen with Splodge and is forcing its removal entirely.
Its all very interesting in that this slideshow is a compilation of images that have been long published openly at http://www.photoshopcontest,com and at http://www.hallcross.co.uk ..
Without knowing specifcally who's privacy is being violated, I can not really edit out what it is that is being claimed. I have received no complaints in open forum at photoshopcontest, and no one has emailed, or pm'd me regarding an objection to it, so this comes as a complete surprise.
Basically, if you want to watch the slideshow one more time before it gets pulled, you better do it soon.

?!
I wish the offended party would have contacted you and said what bit to remove. Sheesh! My only thought is that YouTube has a much larger viewing audience than Splodge's Hallcross albums or even PSC.
Thank you again for putting these videos together. They are absolutely terrific! Even if I do have techno-badgerbadgerbadgerbadgermushroommushroom stuck in my head... again!
Maybe you can put them on a CDR and send them to Tina?

What if only the parts with people in it be taken out there aren't too may of those, all of the rest of Splodge's work could still be seen. It would really be a shame to take it all down.

FIGHT IT DUDE!
Contact YouTube and let them know the content and purpose of the video. Have them review the clip and see for themselves that there's nothing in there that would violate someone's privacy. Flat out tell them that you can't edit out a part if you don't know which part to edit out!
