Looks like you have Elvis side burns and a beard.  Gotta be careful with those effects. Soften up the details on the outside of the face.
Grrr...I tried something different and this is what I get. Meh.. here is a real photo untouched... 
Much nicer. Very Pretty. No effects needed.
