Hi peeps. Had a great time. Loved the film. Got to chat with Ricky afterwards. There was complimentary champagne, wine , beer, fruit juice and water.

Had a quick chat with Ricky. He was completely unaware of the contest. I told him I'd ended up winning because I was closest to London and then I gave him a photo print of my chop and he laughed really loudly and then put the photo in his inside breast pocket. Was well chuffed ! Then posed with him and he looked towards the paparazzi just at the wrong moment. On reviewing the image I was a bit gutted, but obviously didn't realise I'd get another chance after the movie.
The screening room. I was in C6. Three rows back almost central in the photo. I was sitting next to the woman who was the Worth1000 contests highest placed person able to attend.
Chatted with Ricky (and David Baddiel, another hero of mine. That's him behind me in the shot where I shut my eyes) for about 5 minutes. He remembered I'd given him my chop photo and got it out and had another giggle in typical Gervais style. Another very cool moment.
Stayed at the after party for 90 minutes. Had 3 glasses of champagne and a few Buds. Had a quick chat with the legendary Karl Pilkington (One of the blokes most of you guys probably didnt recognise in my chop. The bald guy to Ricky's left)
Think we could have stayed until kicking out time but I would have been totally smashed !
No hangover this morning. RESULT !!!
