If you click on an open competition (like this right now), then you should see on top of the page a big blue link: Upload Your Image To This Contest.

If you click on that, you should see a new page with 3 fields:

Title of entry (give your work a "name" here)
Image file (your picture comes here)
Entry notes (space to explain your work here)

At the second field you can upload your own picture from your computer, using the "Choose..." button.
Do not forget to finish this all by pressing the "Submit" button!
