True story... I'm the developer on a new e-commerce site for a family business (not my family just owned by a family). Anyway the two sides of the family couldn't decide on a logo. One side has a son who's currently in college for multi-media design (he's mainly interested in video). The young man does a logo that is pretty decent but the other side of the family hates it. So the other side's son (in school for business administration/management) does a version of the logo. Naturally that side of the family loved it but the other side hates it. In the end the "logo" is just a typographic design of name of the website that I made purely as a placeholder on the website.
