Why...why...why...is placing and winning all this site is about now days...I would rather see an encouragement sticker or badge or some such shit. New vote button if you want to encourage some one, in each contest then have a winners image and an encouragement image on the front page. That says more to me than 1st, 2nd, 3rd blah blah blah

Encouragement stickers! Really... encouragement stickers.
I'm finding it hard to get my brain round this one.
And I thought the 4th and 5th thing was patronising, but...
FUCKING ENCOURAGEMENT STICKERS!!!!!

I know a lot of us act like children now and again but it doesn't mean we should be treat like children.
If I was going to a site to learn something new and I started receiving "Encourage stickers" I'd be out of that place in a flash and find somewhere I can learn whilst being treat like an adult.
