I need to find a list of all the people who got their first contest win in 2010 (and preferably the actual win entry as well).

Anyone know a quick way to get this (other than going through all 365 winning entries one at a time and comparing to profiles)?

It's been a while since i looked at the table structures for the database but I'm thinking a quick query would do it. Gathering columns from the member list and joining with the contests/entries to determine wins in 2010 and no wins prior to 2010.


Supa? Grefix/Tony? BTVS? {taps microphone}

I think that there are 21 first-wins in 2010 (so far anyway).

You wont believe it, but I had my first contest win in march 2010, although I'm member for 3 years... late starter Very Happy

Don't really need it any more. Confused

Was working on something for a "2010 in Review" kinda thing but couldn't work it out with my current schedule while hunting for all the entries too.

I did find several first time winners so if I can find the time maybe I'll do it (just won't be in time for New Year's).

Well... maybe you didn't noticed yet... but there will be a next New Year. Some people say it's the last one after that, 2012, but you never know Wink
