I'm not familiar with JerryHami Jordan. What is going on with him? I will keep him in my prayers anyway though.

I'm not clear on the details but he posted some things on facebook that were pretty scary. He is sick, a condition related to his time overseas (I think). I do know he could use some thoughts and prayers though. I would maybe ask someone closer to him that knows more about it.

On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month 1918 the First World War came to an end (except in Russia where it had come to an end in March of that year). Since then the day has been used as a memorial to all those who have died in that and subsequent wars. Despite the fact that the ceremony itself has been moved to Sunday in Britain, for many people across the world this is the day of remembrance. Sunday for us and probably the same in British Commonwealth countries, I'm not sure.
