If you want only your standard of quality then make it where people not of your caliber can't compete! Then you won't have to complain about someone not meeting up to your expectations! AND you won't have to ridicule them either!

My interpretation of Anfa's quote is that everyone has a right to an opinion.
Not a test to qualify for anything.
Not a quality scale.
