Andromeda's cutline plug in does the effect I want to achieve... I don't have $90 for it...

I can't find a tutorial on how to achieve the effect.

Trying to get to something that looks a lot like the presidents on the US dollar. Can anyone help?

I tried searching for lithograph, but realized that's not the right phrase at all. =/

Try Flaming Pear's India Ink. I think the demo lasts a month or you can buy it for $19.

i used a tut once and i searched on google for
dollar with your own photo
don't know if it's still available...but it was there and wasnt that difficult
if i have the time i'll search for it if ya cant find it
