Check out the domain name owners on a WHOIS search. The fact they use godaddy to host explains some. The fact they are in india explains more. Ever try to get a customer service issue resolved over the phone with outsourced techs? Think about it.
Anyhow, here's a cool form I found if you want to contact the mothership.
Expertrating.com is the tech contact for the WHOIS. And - they have a nice anon submission form for issues:
