I always thought "all source" chops are very overrated. It's like the magic word around here. I always appreciate it when people know when it's time to get externals. And I also think most of the times it's harder to create a good integration of several different sources rather than make a contrived "all source". I mean, when you find yourself using the grass brush and clouds filter it's time to get externals.......

And who could forget Nancers, the "Sourceage Queen"?
