Got my stitches taken out yesterday and finally finished my antibiotics which were making quite tired...doctor said everything is fine,so yes I'm feeling much better all things considered,and I'm very grateful

That may be all good getting "normal" on a physical level, but I think you have a harder job getting "normal" on a mental level.
