I find all this AI stuff extremely fascinating. I'm an old style Illustrator that started out with pencils and magic markers, and had to move on to photoshop because my business called for it, but now I retire in my garage with a glass of wine or Bourbon, and paint with acrylics on canvas, gave up the oils, easier clean ups.

I'd love to see some of your art work.

Very good illustration skills. Do you have any favorite illustrators?

Bob, No! that was a client from Merrill Lynch, an account I had.

Z, the Bethlehem Steel works are close to where I live, took hundreds of photos of them, love the style of Inge Schuster.

Eve, couple of advertising art illustrators I recall, Mac Conner, Fitzpatrick & Kaufman, Norman Rockwell of course, and Ken Bald who was a good friend and worked with in a studio for many years.

Back in the days of cigarette advertising, I and a group of 3 others worked on the Camel cigarettes account.
They were going to introduce a female character, but cigarette ads were banned from Tv and print ads so that was the end of it all.

This is a color copy of a piece we did, all airbrushed, now it's pinned to a wall in my garage.

Yikes! Nice work but that's borderline sacrilegious... Shocked
Judy Garland would have turned over in her grave! Very Happy

Maybe I would have been afraid of getting a camel face if I smoked these. So they could have continued to print them as an excellent repulsive 😆 Just kidding. Good work Gen ðŸªðŸ«ðŸšðŸ’¨

That Judy Garland one would definitely be politically incorrect now (ha). That's a LOT of Camel ads! I used to smoke Camels (non-filter), back in the '60s. Bet you didn't get royalties for every pack sold (groan - ha). Rolling Eyes
