I was pissed at ya for flagging my image in contest at FreakinNews as Racist. FreakingNews was all about that.

Zizo, contemporary politicians (as well as others in responsibly laden positions) have mastered not taking responsibility for any crimes, criminality, corruption, malpractice, lawlessness, immorality nor any wrongdoings in general.
Thus, this idiom has become mostly obsolete.
