Hi All,

Long time no see! I am trying to submit a contest entry for the contest that will run on 10/29/2019. I have not tried to submit multiple times without success. It continues to tell me:
Error
The image must be no more than 1280 pixels wide x 960 pixels high
and no less than 500 wide x 350 high and
in JPEG or GIF format and under 512KB (524288 raw bytes) in file size.

Please go back and try again.


I have confirmed that my entry meets all of these requirements and still can not upload... WFT is going on....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind I was able to upload it!

check all the parameters again,I'm sure there is something not meeting the size restrictions,then try uploading again but renaming your file first,sometimes there's a glitch if it doesn't upload the first time and then you reupload with the same name on your file...if that doesn´t work maybe PM buzz

so was it a size limitation issue ? it usually is...anyhow glad that the problem is solved

Or was it not RGB but CMYK?

On the latest week of the Advantage calendar, the one that appeared yesterday, the last days (January 9 and 10) are empty, there are no photos for the contests.
Also, when I go to the "source image" folder, where you can vote for the next sources to come, only a blank square shows.
My subscription runs to February, so I guess this is a bug???

Is it the same for you?

My subscription runs until May and I see the same thing. "No Images" this may not be a bug. I hope it's not foreshadowing things to come.

I made a correction to my post. I previously wrote by mistake February, but the missing source images are for January.

My subscription runs out in 4 days!

I signed up for two more weeks and we'll see how it goes till the end of the month with the site.

Same for me, and my subscription still has a long way to go.
