My dear brother Fugue: it is simple! The Power of the GIF would give those of us with the GIFted powers far too great an advantage over the mere STATIC CHALLENGED members here at the site.
There would be much moaning, whining, gnashing of teeth, and general bedlam (not to be confused with Bed Hams - which I'll cover in another thread elsewhere!).
Also - Mom said "no Gifs!" and I ain't f*ckin with Mom!
