Cynn and buglover should be alive in the tourney... I know metalic and velocity's entries look great, but really... this is a photoshop contest, not a getty search contest... I preety much believe this kind of things happen cause most voters are not used to browse through image banks, since google images do the trick for PSC... but if they did, they'd find the exact same good looking images there... I'm glad to fight desh now... at least I know he will actually chop his image, and if I lose, I'll know I've lost to a chopper, and not to a professional photographer (you have my support EJH)... just my 2 cents and my sign of respect for Cynn and buglover, that put some real effort on round 3...

i agree with EJH, altough i have to say something to cynn: if your blending was done better i would have voted for you, the sources look too different together.

what about the work buglover had to make the gold bars tyblubearboy?? bet it had much more effort than metalic and velocity entries... and still looks great... looks so great that most people look at it and say "ha... he just put the cymbal texture over the gold bars..." when it actually was made from nothing... anyway, I won't discuss this subject anymore... I just expected more than just using a stock photo to steal people's attention from them...

Dumb people should not be allowed to vote. Remember: Creative Minds Unleashed (Good for Metallic). Maybe PSC should put specs/rules on these so-called contests. Since their are no guidelines - anything goes. Metallic won the popluar vote.

You can't force people to vote for one image over another. People vote for what they like whether they are clever enough to know what's been chopped into an image and what hasn't,

Actually, goofing aside, it really is fine. Metalic is a much better chopper than I, and truly deserves to advance. It was a big gamble, posting an image that featured stock art so prominently, but it paid off.

Heck, if he'd brought his A-game, I probably wouldn't have gotten the twenty votes I got.

The joke's on him, though. Now I get to kick back in my lounge chair and watch the rest of you mugs duke it out!
