3. Contest is open to amateurs and pros. To be eligible to enter, you must be 18 years or older at the time of entry and a legal resident of 50 United States or D.C.

I would enter but its hard to compete with 50,000entries  its worth a try though, if I ever find the time  PSC is priority

I've just taken a damn good look at the entries and winners from the 2 previous years, and boy if someone from here doesn't win, then the world is truely bent off its axis
