ok, I'll try to explain better...
Its a normal contest on a normal day using the normal starting image.
The only difference is that I will add the votes up for each member of each team and the team with the most votes when this thing is over is the winner.
We will only count the votes from the "Challenge" days towards the team total. I will announce the "Challenge" day each Monday morning at 8:00 PSC (EST) time.
No special advantage rights FOR THOSE WITHOUT ADVANTAGE. Chop as you have always chopped, USE ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE IT. If you dont have advantage, sorry...I cant give it out. Just make sure you at least enter the contests on the "challenge" days as those votes on those day's contests are the only votes that will count towards your team total.

BEGIN EXAMPLE ONLY
Lets say today is next Monday.
You run to PSC somewhere around 7:54am PSC (EST) time and await the arrival of a new thread in the fun and games forum...
After many refreshes, THERE IT IS!! *gasp* A new thread titled "TeamChop Challenge WEEK #1"
You anxiously click on it as you feel your palms begin to perspire...
In that thread you see in big red letters...
TeamChop Challenge Day for Week #1: WEDNESDAY!
along with a description of the game and a list of participating teams as fluff.
Your heart will race, your breathing will become shallow and you might see stars whirling about your head as you now know that WEDNESDAY is the day the fate of your team rest solely in your hands.
Tuesday goes by...
Wednesday arrives...The contest opens AS NORMAL and amongst the chops are the entries from the participants of this silly game.
Thursday goes by...people vote
Friday goes by...more people vote
Saturday...the contest closes and I will then tally up the total votes received by each member of each team, creating a total votes for that contest for each team. This total will sit in a bucket waiting for the next challenge day which will once again be announced on the next Monday...
END EXAMPLE ONLY
and so, life goes at PSC in the land of "TeamChop Challenge"
Amen.
Make sense?
