yeah, I'm in sort of the same boat, nubie. I just kind of used my default screenname (last name, first and middle initial) that's always free. I usually don't rummage around forums or post things others can see. Now I'm stuck with lame-o "clantoncs" for all time. I guess I could start a new account, but this past week has gone by so slowly waiting to get to vote. I'd hate to start all over. You know, I probably could've gotten just plain, simple "Chris"... ahhh. that would be so nice.

I'd hate to be stuck with Nubie too, but jeez, at least it isn't TofutheGreat.

No kidding there! I actually petitioned jmh to just get it shortened to "tofu" or "topher". He said that he used to change names but it got to be too much maintenance as people were always requesting changes. So now you're stuck with the name unless you start another account. I registered "Tofu" but then re-thought the idea of going back to getting my first 10 to vote. Decided I'd just live with the long/lame name.

For me it's a big problem ...I kept Micose that I used for chat and when I came here ,I just used it too...but my artist name s Naïko, and all links I put on web started working,except for my work here...I didn't know i would have post so many entries....damn good site....
So I want to get back my name but yes,keeping my pics cuz ithey are the reason why I want to change the name.

Ok JMH why don't you charge 5 bucks for a name change? Best of both worlds!
