Don't care that much for either. This is definitely more than just filters and is tied together nicely through and through, but more importantly the other one shot itself in the foot with the inconsistent blurriness.

Such a strange ethereal feel. Sort of reminds me of the darkness/chicken plot from Fable 3 combined. The dress on the girl has potential, but the blur, lack of darks/lights, and over-saturation was its downfall.

Difficult for me...honestly, neither of them really stand out to me. This one looks blurry while the other, while artistic, doesnt really affect me much (i.e. doesnt appeal to my tastes). I'm voting this one because, while flawed, you gave it a good attempt and I commend that.
