In case you haven't heard here in the U.S. there were 11 missing egyptian exchange students and it caused somewhat of a sensationalistic panic. They have all been found now and are in custody.

Because they broke the law by not reaching their intended destination (which I believe was a University in Montana) in a timely fashion.
