I too was struck by the USAir (the rest I thought was perfect) I think it might be that the word isn't quite parallel w/ the window-frame. Windows move upwards towards the right side, but (if anything) the USAir moves down slightly.

Also, all the letters appear to be the same size whereas they should get smaller towards the right. Otherwise inversion was perfect and the theme was spot-on! Great Job! (Man, I need to post some chops so I can start voting!)
