great idea and you've done the design really well. i'd work on the shadows (by stairs), & tidy up the edges (by the pool (foreground left)), & the lighting of the lady & baby (unless that light is meant to be reflected from the support)

Agree with dumbat. The water looks flat and out of scale (more ripples perhaps) and since we can see the bottom of the pool - is the girl really 12 feet tall? The reflection of the diver is wrong. The perspective (or lack thereof) of the stairs...

also, shouldn't there be a massive plasma screen tv? :) hope you're ok with the critique. my fave bit of this image is the splashed water & footprints on the floor. very nicely done

man is actually a problem I haven't solved yet, pretty difficult as you should see his front, but I haven't found a ource wich was sufficient to fake this. So I faked it a bit bad at this time (as I didn't want it to have no reflection at all)
