thanks" I used pen tool, clone stamp, clouds then filter stylize( bas relief), for water. ripple, burn tool wth smudge tool/clk/release, hld down shift, move brush to spot/ clk again" windows, lyr style. 1 pixel blk for crossbars" brush and blur. Contrast
