you know about the shadows :) pole looks too bright and too even - there shoud be some ambient reflection (at least you would see the three spotlights)
Despite all - still one of the better entries in this contest

very good marco. only thing i don't like is the shadows on the floor - they should each be a different shape. also the hardness implies spotlights which is inconsistent with the lighting on figure (and the lack of spotlights on the ceiling)
