there is some damn noce detail work here, but I am confused to where the shadow of the crane is if you go off the angles of the other shadows, I hear your depth diffusion idea for the lighting, but the crane would still cast a large shadow, great though

virtually as perfect as you can get, but yeah there probably should be some soft crane shadow

One thing you missed. The decoration on the door should be slightly tilted..right? Great job though. The shadow of the house is a bit too blurry and bright, should be more defined and sharpened. The man in the back has too much light hitting him IMHO.

Ah, the shadow suffers in visual size from the overcast sky - the penumbra reduces the effective size due to scattered ambient light. (... maybe ...)
