Still try to add some highlights on the kid's hat, cheek, shoe (left) and burn on the inside of the book. Juts a tad dodge/burn would do the trick I think :) By doing that, you create more contrast and it'll look even better.

I like this, but the grass seems a bit to bright for the sepia-type thing you've got going on for the kid and the slide.

thanks drknotter but no sepia involved,I desaturated the image to a point but left some colour in the background on purpose,to give a touch of contrast with the paler tones in front :)
