You can do 20x better.I've seen great work from you.The water is rushed with a few or one filter,the frog had a bevel and emboss layer style over it.The ripples are just quick zigzag filters and out of perspective.The idea is good but....

Actually the ripples are identical in layout to the photo, so the perspective is correct. Each ripple was built to match its stone. And I don't have bevel and emboss filter in PS Elements.
