I was close to doing something (frighteningly) close to this. The inside of the structure is a great effect.

I really like this..... When viewed large the inside of the star is a bit sharp and jagged maybe add a bit of blur or feather? just a thought

Uniquely creative! I like the way you worked the ropes around the dismantled star. I also like the very authentic rendering of the opening of the rocket top created by removing the star element. Interesting composition and idea!

take a little more care of the wires, at the moment they are just line tool work, and they do not in some places join. Looks ok at this size, on big issues are raised.
