Maybe it's time to enforce posting of externals by blocking a vote until the externals have been viewed. Any externals not listed cause an automatic deletion of entry.

Hagen, your observations are sometimes right & sometimes wrong. Here we don't talk about external but a photoshop artwork made by another artist, and this artwork is 90% of what you see here.

I just showed an image from the web that surely some never saw before. I don't think Wiz is mad about it, and I don't reproach him to use this image... he never pretended that he made the whole photo manipulation.
