I had the field angle flipped and my decks were set back at each upper level. I just couldn't get the time to present a finished product so I rejigged. Kudos to you for making this work so well.

The cross shadow is due to the lighting in the actual World Cup games.

yeah like Trann said, the floodlit stadiums usually produce a light 4 shadow effect cast from the 4 sides of the stadium

it depends on the floodlights, the stadium etc, it has been visable in several world cup matches, a couple of the stadiums have the right floodlight set up, cant remember which. But for me here, I wanted the look, as I felt it added to the night look :)

Ah now I see why they call it the pitch, it's because of the 30 degrees of slope the players have to run uphill in your stadium to get to the goal.
