if it means cartoon/paintin look.., it s ok - even more.., it s great... but to get realistic image.., give the building some crack effect and use burn tool for it.., finally give the fire some black smoke effect... hope this useful...

note - it s for the original image.., do not blend it - blending is normal... for topmost cuttin - cut it followin the top most crack effect...
