you have much sources from you link to. but I see complain why you have no original from the begin image. is this not true any "manipulation" of pink original?

Grats on the win. Also, the source is obvious, the elephant is the exact same shape as the pink one, meaning it was necessary to use it as a template. It's small, but we've all got creative license here.

correct. it has much of the composition of the original, which would count toward use of the original - even if no actual pixels from the original were used and there was not manipulation of that actual start image. Hope that makes sense.

just like kittie mentioned, I used the source to shape the mammoth... if there are any doubts about it, you can check the psd and see the source is inside, once i needed it as a guideline to shape the mammoth...
