This is pretty good. Gob Job Luxwiz. The only thing is that I would've taken off that glowie outline on batman's back and head. Other than that VERY GOOD JOB!

thanks Designbsc... I put the subtle glow there on purpose to give it a comic book cover feel to it,you know like an illustration,along with the neon,the windows and the bat sign in the sky glows... I kinda like it ! :)
