Gee, this is an nice animation. As for your critics that say this is not photoshop, I create all my layers if photoshop too. If you don't vote for someting created in Image Ready, then I guess we should disqualify all those using CorelDraw, Elements and a host of other program. Quite frankly, I belive creativity is more important then the program you use. You get my vote.

after much contemplating i do agree its called photoshop for a reason and in photoshop you cant really compile an animated gif only in image ready can you do that, i dont care what paint program is used but the concept of photoshop contest is to manipulat

This is a great point, from the commentors! Let's get it into a forum and see what others here say. I know there have been many GIFS that get votes... And so you know, all the balloon reshaping, positioning, etc. was done in PS CS. Only the layers
