Yeah, 5 minutes to find the source, cut out santa, replace the wallpaper, fix the windows and display case, desaturate the source, change levels, clean up the faces and the cuts, gaussian blur a background and resize to post. Oh yeah, thanks for your com

Yeah, I played with the ears a bit but couldn't get the look I was looking for. When I reduced the size of the original image the bike disappeared and I liked the oversized toy idea which reminded of the toy displays when I was a kid.
