If you lower the contrast levels on the train car, and add a bit of a blur to it, it would match the godzilla photo much better.

if it is really down to ur lack of ability, then i suggest: start with a better source pic than grainy godzilla ... u will find matching much easier and u probably will be more pleased with the outcome too
