voter #13: create a pattern... 2 pixels, 1 black, 1 transparent... fill over the image, and reduce the opacity... hope I´ve helped... :)

there are filters to create TV lines!!!This is old and very easy!!!!is´t only Ctrl+C,Crtl+V,To paste into; and dino,tv lines perspective!!

yup... but the lines I used defenitely aren´t filters... they follow the angle of the tv screen, once they were applied before the distortion...

Yeah! I noticed the lamp in the reflection. Thought that was pretty cool. Rise-->Raise means no Viagra for Barney. :-( All in all, it's wonderful!
