I do know that there are a lot of web hosts that are as inexpensive as $1.00/month for a small amount of space. I'm sure there are free ones if anyone knows about them.

Thanks voter #14. It is from scratch. I created the face using the paint brush and smudge tools. The eyes I made using the circular gradient within a circle selection area.
