i really like this...had similar idea...the lighting is great although some detail gets lost in the transition to ocean area...great job

To arcaico: i know, the sand color isn't quite right... i tweaked it forever 'till I gave up - now i'm guessing I maybe could've put more yellow in... i dunno... i guess it's a little bit too orangeish?
