Flags don't wave on the Moon. No wind there. The light casting shadows on the Moon is hitting the Earth from a different direction. Must not, then, be a photo.

The flags aren't flapping, its a picture (not a video), and the shadows are an optical illusion, the ground is slanting, And I miss the text. :)
