Okay how'd you do that? Perfect droplets, perfect refraction in the droplets, perfect storm lighting. Awesome. Would like to see some water collecting on the track grooves (or mud) but this is great!

i tried following a photoshop tutorial for the droplets but it went wrong as i am using paintshop pro so i ended up using a picture of rain on a window and then altered it a bit. the new sky and the lighting was airbrushed.

Well you integrated the droplets fantastically. The adjustments for refraction and other elements is great. This is an undervoted chop in my opinion.
