I could be wrong, but I think the orb in today's source is too far away from both the camera and the reflective surfaces to be a reflection. Doesn't look like a flash was used, so it's also probably not dust. Oh well.

Seriously, sometime go through a big pile of your old photos, and see which of your friends has orbs around his/her head in every snap! You'll also be amazed at how many times you can look at a picture and miss something obvious.

and, I'm no expert, but I think it can tend to be more about the person in the photo than the frame. I have a friend I've known for years...long story short I found about 15 snaps of this person in different places, over a 10-yr period...orbs in
