tut time ;) duplicated backgroundlayer ; gradation curve (very steep) in both directions ; duplicate layer:blur! ; erase useless parts ; new layer: rendering filter -> clouds ; blur! ; erase useless parts ; new layer: fill contour: 20px white ; finished!
